For the HCA players, it seemed like Deja Vu. Northside Baptist handed the Lady Warriors a 43-30 loss Thursday – the second time in ten months the Mayfield school beat HCA by that exact score in Hopkinsville.
The Lady Royals got out to a 13-6 lead and kept the seven-point advantage at halftime.
Emilie Whitaker scored 12 of her game-high 21 points in the first half for Northside Baptist.
Hallie Zieg connected on four 3-pointers and led the Lady Warriors with 12 points. Tori Sutton added nine points and seven rebounds.
HCA returns to the floor Monday as they host Christian Community, Tenn.
