Jordan Hampton grew up in a baseball family, playing the sport through his youth years. But as he went through middle school, the sport of fishing piqued his interest. The result was tournament wins and a trip to the KHSAA State Tournament.
Now, Hampton has signed to continue fishing in college at Bethel University.
