Travis Perry became the 37th Kentucky high school basketball player to score 3,000 career points Tuesday with a free throw line jumper late in the first quarter of Lyon County’s district tournament win over Livingston Central.
Perry joins former Mr. Basketball Harry Todd, University Heights Academy’s Kyky Tandy, and Lyon County alum Ty Rogers as 2nd Region players to reach the 3,000-point milestone.
Watch Travis score career point 3,000 and get some congratulations from Ty’s father Jeff who was courtside for the game.
