Two members of the Christian County track & field team brought home Top 10 finishes in the KTCCCA Class AA/AAA Indoor State Championships over the weekend. The event was held at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville.
Autumn Bell had Christian County’s best finish of the day. Bell brought home a 5th place finish in the Class AAA triple jump with a leap of 32-09.00. Lillian Hodge, of West Jessamine, took first with 36-08.00.
The other Top 10 finish for Christian County came from Jaiden Northington. Northington took 9th place in the Class AAA 400 meters with a time of 53.58. Reece Carroll, of Owensboro, won the event with a time of 50.62.
