On Tuesday, the Trigg County softball team opened the season with a win, pulling away from University Heights for an 11-0 victory.
The Lady Wildcats scored a run in each of the first three innings, breaking it open with a five-run 4th behind a 3-run home run for sophomore Rylee Hendricks.
