The Hopkinsville High School boys’ archery team took 9th place Saturday during the 1st Region archery tournament at Trigg County High School. Hopkinsville finished with a team score of 1859 for the day.
Hopkinsville’s best performance came from Juston Phipps, who had a score of 271, which placed him 38th overall in the boys’ competition. Tanner Wix finished his day with a 268, which was good enough for a 48th place finish.
