
Fort Campbell’s track and field team got off to a strong start Saturday with a fourth place finish at the Henderson County Classic. The Falcons scored 57 points to finish seven points behind third place Owensboro.

The 3200-meter relay team of Amari Waddy, William Lubas, Joshua Blanton, and Seth Puraty came in second place with a time of 9:22.3.
The 400-meter relay team of Mateo Cerritos Gatto, Leon King, Cruzy Cruz, and Niklas Sujanani finished in seventh place in a time of 48.3 seconds.
The same foursome came in fifth in 1:40.2 in the 800-meter relay team.
The 1600-meter relay team of Samuel Atoubi, Caleb Fogle, Ian Rosario, and Logan Sharp finished in eighth place in 4:20.1.
