
Led by their distance runners and throwers, Hopkinsville High finished in third place Saturday at the Henderson County Track and Field Classic.
Hoptown warded off the blustery conditions to score 86 points to finish behind first place Henderson County (132.5) and Calloway County (121).

The 800-meter relay team of Akira Nemes, Kalajsha Rowe, Janiyah Rhodes, and Antavia Shemwell finished in sixth place in 2:07.3.
The 1600-meter relay team of Kalajsha Rowe, A’Layahia White, Jashyah Sharber, and Zoey Thomas came in sixth place in 5:10.
