Jordan Hampton and Hunter Shelton may want to adopt Missouri’s Table Rock Lake as their home lake.

The Trigg County fishing duo finished second out of 49 boats at the Major League Fishing Tour high school division stop Saturday in Branson Missouri.

They caught five bass weighing 11-pounds, 15-ounces.  They were six ounces behind the first-place team from Eureka, Missouri.

It’s the second straight year they finished second in the event and third straight top-10 finish after taking eighth place there in 2020.

The duo, who have both signed to fish at Bethel University, will fish in a Kentucky Bass Nation Event ahead of the KHSAA Region I Meet later this month.
