The first RPI ratings of the 2022 softball season have been released by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. Two 2nd Region teams are currently ranked in the Top 10 of the statewide rankings.
Henderson County is the top-ranked team in the 2nd Region, with an RPI of .73763, which places the Lady Colonels 3rd in the state.
The Lady Maroons of Madisonville-North Hopkins hold the second spot in the 2nd Region, with an RPI of .69022, placing them 8th in the state.
Christian County holds the third-best ranking in the 2nd Region with a rating of .62951.
Statewide, Ballard is ranked 1st, while Madison Central is the second-ranked team in the state.
