The first baseball RPI ratings of the 2022 season have been released by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. Two 2nd Region teams are currently ranked in the Top 25 of the statewide rankings.
Lyon County is the top-ranked team in the 2nd Region, with an RPI of .64887, which places the Lyons 12th in the state.
The Christian County Colonels are in the second spot in the 2nd Region, with an RPI of .63203, placing them 21st in the state.
Union County holds the third-best ranking in the 2nd Region with a rating of .55953.
Statewide, Beechwood is ranked 1st, while Trinity is the second-ranked team in the state.
