With the game tied 1-1, Lyon County’s Jackson Shoulders got a pitch he liked on 3-0.
Shoulders had the green light to swing if he got the right pitch in the right spot, and he deposited the ball well past the left-field fence for a two-run home run.
The Lyons never trailed after that, holding off Caldwell County 4-3 Saturday in the All A Classic regional semifinal contest.
Lyon will play in the championship game Tuesday at 6:00 at Fort Campbell.
