The Hopkinsville and Fort Campbell tennis teams were able to get in several matches before the rain arrived Wednesday evening. The Lady Tigers won all five singles matches they were able to get in, and were leading in the two doubles matches at the time things were shut down.
Sophie Maddux, Ella Brown, Elaine Baker, Ava Tomberlin, and Morgan Woosley, all picked up singles wins.
Ella Lester and Allie Fort and Ella Brown and Grasen Givens were leading in their doubles matches at the end of the evening.
In boys’ play, the Tigers’ doubles entry of Ve’Shaun Blount and Aiden Higgins was trailing when the evening came to an end.
