Caldwell County High School golfer Austin Crick tied for second place Saturday at the Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at Miller Memorial Golf Course outside of Murray.
Crick shot an 11-over par 82 to finish three shots behind the winner Boyd Sage of Paducah. Crick scored a birdie on the par-5 17th hole.
Crick followed Saturday’s round with a fifth-place finish on Sunday at the tour stop at the Madisonville Country Club. His 13-over par 84 was two shots behind the winner, Owensboro’s Jax Malone. Crick’s round in the windy conditions included eight pars.
