Lady Colonels Finish Second at Tiger Invitational

Autumn Bell secured four first-place finishes to help Christian County to a second-place finish Saturday at the Hopkinsville Invitational at the Stadium of Champions.

The Lady Colonels totaled 111 points to finish 12 points behind first-place Hopkinsville. University Heights Academy was third.

Jayda Johnson also claimed an individual title in the 400-meter dash and the Lady Colonels also won a pair of relay races.

Autumn Bell – 1st in the long jump (15-10.50); 1st in the triple jump (34-8); 1st in the 100-meter dash (13.35); 1st in the 200-meter dash (26.73)

Jayda Johnson – 1st in the 400-meter dash (1:04.18)

Ashia Rogers – 2nd in the triple jump (30-7); 8th in the long jump (13-5); 5th in the 300-meter hurdles (1:00.88)

Simyria Brown – 3rd in the 400-meter dash (1:09.24); 11th in the 800-meter run (3:14.69)

Julia Munoz – 3rd in the 300-meter hurdles (58.10); 4th in the long jump (13-9); 4th in the triple jump (27-2.25)

Jakiyah Oatts – 4th in the 400-meter dash (1:09.70)

London Hendrith – 6th in the 100-meter dash (14.41); 6th in the 800-meter dash (29.92)

Jazmyn Rodriguez – 8th in the 200-meter dash (30.36)

Debony Anderson – 11th in the 400-meter dash (1:19.38)

Guadalupe Munoz – 15th in the 800-meter run (3:38.70); 24th in the 100-meter dash (16.46)

Alyssa Adler – 16th in the 1600-meter run (8:07.59)

Camaria Brewer – 21st in the 100-meter dash (15.88); 21st in the 200-meter dash (34.23)

The 800-meter relay team won with a time of 1:55.78. The 400-meter relay team also picked up a win, taking the title in a time of 53.65 seconds.

The 1600-meter relay team finished in third place in 4:46.59.
