
The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers continue to look like the team to beat in next week’s regional tennis tournament. Hopkinsville hosted Henderson County Monday afternoon at Ruff Park and came away with an impressive 6-3 win over the Lady Colonels.
Henderson did pick up a sweep in the boys’ matches that were played Monday.
In girls’ play, Hopkinsville won 4 of the 6 singles matches and took 2 of 3 doubles matches.
The Henderson guys won two singles matches and one doubles match on the afternoon.
