
Caldwell County’s girls were tops among four teams at Muhlenberg County’s Senior Night Meet at Mustang Stadium in Greenville on Monday.
Avery Wells captured first place in the 100-meter dash in 13.13 seconds. She was also first in the long jump at 14 feet, 11 inches.
Kylee White won the 1,600-meter run in 6:11.81 and also took the 3,200-meter run in 14:01.97.
Ava Pickett took first in the 300-meter hurdles in a time of 57.50 seconds.
Medeline Thomas placed first in the 400-meter dash in 1:09.25.
Benashka Thomas won the shot put competition with a throw of 25 feet, 5 inches.
T.J. Goodwin claimed first in the triple jump at 27 feet, 10 inches.

Caldwell was also first in the 4×100-meter relay in 55.72 seconds; first in the 4×200 relay in 1:57; first in the 4×400-meter relay in 4:48.49; and first in the 4×800 relay in 12:13.94.
The Class 2A 1st Region meet is set for Saturday at Paducah Tilghman.
