Caldwell County senior Gabe Dyer was in the middle of several key defensive plays on Tuesday as the Tigers beat Madisonville-North Hopkins for the 7th District championship.
After falling to the Maroons twice during the regular season, Caldwell bounced back to win 6-3 in the tournament final.
