Todd County’s X’Zavion West earned a pair of all-state track and field nods following his medal performances at the Class 1A State Meet last month.
West was named second-team all-state in both the shot put and discus throw.
West finished fourth in the shot put, besting his school record with a heave of 46-09.75. He was also fourth in the discus throw with a new school record of 136 feet.
