
Trigg County senior Hunter Reynolds is tied for eighth place after the first round of the Cullan Brown Invitational on Monday.
Reynolds carded a 3-over-par 75 over the first 18 holes.
The final round of the event will be played Tuesday at Calvert City Golf and Country Club.
Allen County-Scottsville senior Rafe Blankenship owns a six-shot lead in the high school division after blistering the course for a 5-under 67 on Monday.
Crittenden County junior Jeremiah Foster is one of three players tied for second at 1-over par after a first round 73. He joins Trey Walls of Marshall County and Aidan Hahn of Paducah St. Mary.
Christian County freshman Landon Hunt is tied for 13th after carding a 4-over 76.
Hopkinsville grad Will Binkley, who will be a freshman at Brescia this fall, is 16th at 5-over.
Trigg sophomore Haydon Reynolds is tied for 22nd at 10-over while Wildcat senior Ty Butts is tied for 26th at 11-over.
Hayden Engler, a senior at Christian Fellowship School, is also tied for 26th after an 11-over 83 on Monday.
Todd County Central eighth grader Noah Rager is tied for 29th at 13-over.
In the college division, Jay Nimmo of Murray State holds a one-shot lead after a 1-over 73. Nimmo was a two-time Kentucky state champion at Marshall County.
Harrison Sallee is second at 2-over 74. Sallee is a McLean County grad who has signed with Kentucky Wesleyan.
