The Caldwell County football team took part in the annual FCA 7-on-7 event at Murray State University on Friday.
Caldwell’s varsity team basically played two games, dropping a close tilt with Graves County before later beating Fulton County.
Caldwell’s JV squad got in games against the ‘B’ teams from Mayfield and Union County.
Caldwell is just two weeks away from its first preseason scrimmage at Owensboro Catholic on Friday, Aug. 5.
