After a draw on Saturday and a loss to start the day on Sunday, the Trigg County boys soccer team took a little momentum back to Cadiz with a 1-0 victory over Russellville in their final scrimmage at the Bluegrass State Games.
The Wildcats started with a scoreless tie with Somerset Christian before falling 7-0 to Henry County. Sophomore Alex Hurt converted a penalty kick after Marlee Reeves was taken down in the box to provide the only goal in the victory over the Panthers.
