Conlee and Rheagan Lindsey did their normal golf things Friday and newcomer Ava Roberts did something she had never done before.
All three University Heights Academy Lady Blazers were on the Western Hills Golf Course Friday as part of the Christian County Invitational.
The Lindsey sisters once again showed an uncanny ability to shoot an identical score. They both shot a round of 82 at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club High School Invitational earlier in the week.
On Friday, they both shot an 81 to finish in a tie for seventh place. Calloway County’s Javen Campbell shot a 75 to win the event.
As for Roberts, in her first full season on the UHA golf team, she completed her first 18-hole round and came in with a score of 118 to finish in 30th place.
The Lady Blazers also has several middle school golfers play nine holes as they try and find at least two more golfers to field a full team of five to defend its All A Classic region title.
