The Ohio County girls’ soccer team stayed undefeated and ran its record to 2-0 against the 2nd Region with an 11-1 victory over Fort Campbell on Thursday.
The Lady Falcons were the home team, but the game was played at the Stadium of Champions in Hopkinsville after a boys’ game between the host Tigers and Fort Campbell.
Goalkeeper Emma Gray was busy for the Lady Falcons, making 35 saves against the high-scoring Lady Eagles. Ohio County has outscored its competition 50-6 this season on the way to a 5-0 record.
Anna Allen collected her team-high ninth goal of the season off an assist from Charlize Cruz.
Fort Campbell’s next three matches are against 8th-District teams, beginning with a visit from Hopkinsville on Tuesday.
