
Led by a pair of top ten individual finishes, the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons picked up a first-place finish Saturday at the Calloway County Invitational. The Lady Falcons edged out Hopkinsville by two points to claim the title.
Meg Lubas led the way for the Lady Falcons. Lubas finished her run with a time of 21:50.8. That was good enough for 4th place overall in the girls’ race, but it was also good enough for first place among runners competing in the team competition. Scarlett Boersma was not far behind her teammate, finishing in seventh place.
Gabby Ault, of St. Mary, took 1st place, with a time of 20:28.1. Reese Settle, of Calloway County, finished in second.
In the team competition, Fort Campbell took first place with 52 points. Hopkinsville finished in second with 54 points.
