The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers got their offense rolling Tuesday night. The Lady Tigers traveled to Calhoun and came away with a big 9-0 win over McLean County.
The nine goals for the Lady Tigers was the most they had scored since a 6-1 win over Logan County on August 20.
The Hoptown defense also had its best performance of the season. The shutout was the first for the Lady Tigers since their 2-0 win over University Heights in the 2021 8th District championship game.
Hopkinsville improves to 2-7-1 with the win.
The Lady Tigers are now off until Monday when they will take on Christian County in an 8th District contest at the Stadium of Champions.
