
Hopkinsville’s volleyball team got in some good work with five matches in the wRECk @ The Plex at the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex in Hopkinsville.
However, the Lady Tigers dropped all five contests to slip to 2-14 this season.
Hoptown did take crosstown rival Christian County to three sets in its finale on Saturday before falling 2-1.
Hopkinsville dropped a pair of games on Friday night, bowing to Christian Fellowship School 25-10, 25-19 before losing to Madisonville-North Hopkins 25-7, 25-15.
The Lady Tigers then faced Henderson County early Saturday morning but were defeated 25-11, 25-6.
Hoptown was then bested by Calloway County 25-18, 25-12 before facing Christian County to end the day.
Hopkinsville is scheduled to play at Trigg County on Monday before hosting University Heights Academy for an 8th District matchup on Tuesday.
