Bryce Light just missed a personal best time for a second straight week following his run at Saturday’s Marshall County invitational in Draffenville.
The Heritage Christian Academy freshman covered the 3.1-mile course in a time of 21:05. His finish was good for 84th place.
Last week, Light ran a personal best time of 20:19 to finish in 27th place at the Saint Mary Invitational.
It’s Light’s first full season of running cross country and he’s already improved by nearly 4 minutes from last month’s season opener at Christian County.
