
The Fort Campbell boys’ soccer team dropped its third straight match with a 12-2 loss at Hopkins County Central on Thursday, the Falcons’ first mercy-rule defeat of the season.
Ryley Vincent had a monster game for the Storm, netting three times and adding four assists. Colton Browning recorded a hat trick with a pair of assists, and Jaxon Greer and Hayden Fox each scored twice.
Carson Mackey and Easton Crowe added a goal each, and Tim Clevenger assisted twice. Houston Hanvy was busy in the Storm goal, making 15 saves to earn the win.
Hopkins Central ends the regular season at 9-10 and will face Caldwell County on Monday in the 7th-District tournament.
Fort Campbell will wrap up the regular season with a trip to Madisonville-North Hopkins on Saturday. The 4th-seed Falcons will host University Heights Academy in the 8th-District tournament on Tuesday.
