Cathryn Brown has earned all-region honors from the Kentucky High School Golf Coaches Association.
The Lyon County senior won tournaments at Trigg County and Bowling Green in addition to second-place finishes at the region, state first round, and the state golf tournament at the Bowling Green Country Club.
Brown has committed to play her college golf at the University of Kentucky and will make it official later this month with a signing ceremony.
Other Region One golfers named to the all-region team were Madison Glisson of Ballard Memorial; Ellie Roof of St. Mary; Sophie Hollowell of McCracken County; Emerson Vaughn of Murray, and Addie Sullivan of Mayfield.
