Caldwell County recovered from a slow start to the 2022 season to win four of its last five games and earn a home date in the first round of the playoffs.
Caldwell is the No. 2 seed from Class 2A’s 1st District and will host McLean County, the No. 3 seed from the 2nd District, Friday night in Princeton.
Caldwell senior lineman Connar King says the Tigers are excited for the opportunity to play for the school’s first playoff win since 2018.
