Christian Fellowship showed why optimism is high for the Draffenville school on the hardwood this year as they moved to 4-0 with a 63-22 win over Heritage Christian Academy Tuesday.
Lilly Burnett scored 10 of her 19 points in the first quarter as CFS built a commanding 28-7 lead. Gracie Howard scored 11 of her game-high 23 points in the third quarter as Christian Fellowship pushed its lead 25 points to 44 points to trigger the running clock.
Hallie Zieg led HCA with eight points and five rebounds. Kate St. Martin and Bailey Craft each scored five points with Craft adding 11 rebounds.
Heritage Christian will play at University Heights Monday.
