Falcons Throttle Foundation Christian for First Win

Aidan Blaszkowski poured in 32 points to help the Fort Campbell Falcons even their record at 1-1 with a 71-41 blowout of hosts Foundation Christian Academy on Tuesday.

Foundation came in undefeated at 3-0, but behind ten first-quarter points from Blaszkowsi, the Falcons led 18-3 after one.

However, Fort Campbell was outscored 16-13 in the second quarter and took a 31-19 lead into the halftime break.

The Falcons shut the door on FCA in the third with 11 points from Blaszkowski and a pair of three-pointers by Daniel Castro, stretching the lead to 23 points with a quarter to play.

Blaszkowski capped his big night with eight more points in the fourth, and Fort Campbell cruised to its first victory dating back to January 22 of last year.

Castro followed Blaszkowski with 14 points for the Falcons and was joined in double figures by Maurice Moore with ten.

Jeremy Stewart led Foundation with 17, and Ty Jernigan added 12,
