Christian County & Hopkinsville Bowlers Compete at McCracken Invitational

The girls' bowling teams at Hopkinsville and Christian County made their official 'team' debuts Saturday at McCracken County.

The bowling teams from Hopkinsville and Christian County traveled to Paducah Saturday to take part in the McCracken County Invitational. The event also marked the first time this season that girls teams from the two schools took part.

While the teams did not qualify for the final seeded tournament, the squads did see improvement from their last time out.

Scores for the Hopkinsville boys team in the individual games were:

In the Bakers, the Tigers rolled a 911, to give them a team total for the day of 2146.

In the Bakers, the Colonels rolled an 866, to give them a team total for the day of 2239.

In the Bakers, the Lady Tigers rolled a 730, to give them a team total for the day of 1639.

In the Bakers, the Lady Colonels rolled a 475, to give them a team total for the day of 1154.
