After a 1-5 start, the Christian County Lady Colonels will take a three-game winning streak to Bowling Green this week at the Vanous Lloyd Christmas Tournament at Warren Central High School.

The Lady Colonels will play Mason County Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm.

Christian County has been without at least one starter for a variety of reasons in nearly every game this year. After a rocky start, the Lady Colonels have posted wins over Caldwell County, Lyon County, and Webster County.

The Lady Colonels dropped two of three games in the same event last year.

Christian County (4-5) will play a Mason County squad with an identical 4-5 record. The Lady Royals don’t have a single player scoring in double figures but have five who average five points a game.

Other teams in the three-day event are Union City, Tenn. (4-8), Danville (7-1), Lincoln County (3-5), Caverna (1-7), Russellville (2-5), and host Warren Central (3-10).
