Kentucky beat the Louisville Cardinals, 86-63, on Saturday in head coach John Calipari’s first game vs. former assistant Kenny Payne. Jacob Toppin and Oscar Tshiebwe each scored 24 points to fuel an efficient offense for the Wildcats. Kentucky shot 56% from the floor and a much-improved 75% from the free throw line in the win. The Wildcats move to 9-4 on the season and will look to sustain their offensive momentum on Tuesday when they play host to the LSU Tigers. Tip-off is set for 8 PM ET.
