The Lady Eagles (13-3) ran out to a 23-7 lead after one quarter and took a 40-17 advantage to halftime.
Conlee Spann led Graves with 22 points while Morgan Alexander had 19.
Hopkinsville (2-9) got a double-double from Shiyah Forte, who finished the night with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Kahtahvia Fleming added six points, TaRia Sharber five and Zynia Earthman 3.
Hoptown will next travel across town to face Christian County in an 8th District contest on Saturday.
