
Piper Cotham scored 19 points and the Lyon County Lady Lyons earned their third win in a row with a 68-60 victory over Christian Fellowship on Saturday.
Cotham drilled a pair of three-pointers in the first quarter, but Jayden Jackson and Lillian Burnett combined for ten to help Christian Fellowship to a 16-10 advantage.
Cotham added six more in the second and Courtney Collins chipped in five to help Lyon County outscore the Lady Eagles 21-12. The Lady Lyons took a 31-28 lead into the locker room at halftime.
Jackson connected on a couple of threes in the third, and Christian Fellowship trimmed two points off the margin, but Cotham had seven points and Trinity Taylor scored eight in the fourth to seal the win for Lyon County.
Collins joined Cotham in double figures with 14, Taylor had 12, and Lexi Holland finished with 11 for the Lady Lyons.
Jackson had a game-high 21 for the Lady Eagles, and Burnett scored 15 and hauled down 24 rebounds.
