
Fort Campbell’s girls’ swim team will have nine individuals and three relay teams competing at the Region I Swim Meet Saturday following Friday’s preliminary round at the Rick Cohn Aquatic Center.
Three girls’ relay teams will compete – the 200-medley relay team, the 200-yard free relay team, and the 400-yard free relay team.
GIRLS
Lydia Weisbrich – 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly
Leanne Archbell – 200-yard IM and 500-yard freestyle
Alexsa Hoffman – 200-yard IM and 100-yard breaststroke
Jinny Joo – 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke
Rayna Kohama – 50-yard freestyle
Sunny Joo – 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke
Ava Roberts – 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke
Anika Weisbrich – 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke
Ava Grace Moores – 100-yard freestyle
Meanwhile, the Falcon boys’ team will have three relay teams and five swimmers advancing to Saturday’s finals.
The 200-medley relay team had the second fastest time in preliminaries. Also advancing were the 200-yard free relay team and the 400-yard free relay team.
BOYS
Jonah Weisbrich – 200-yard IM and 100-yard breaststroke (fastest time)
Alberto Burclaga – 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard freestyle
Robert Federovich – 100-yard freestyle
Brody Sharp – 100-yard backstroke (second fastest time)
Zakari Kohama – 100-yard breaststroke
The top two finishers in each event Saturday qualify for the state meet with the next 16 fastest times statewide earning at large bids.
