Richards, Grise Lead Hoptown Archery at NASP State

The Hopkinsville High School archery team finished in 134th place over the weekend at the NASP State Archery Tournament in Louisville.

Ty Richards had the top score for the Tigers with a 280.

Ty Richards – 280 – 161st place

Thomas Grise – 278 – 214th place

Aidan Wix – 262 – 726th place

John Sanders – 252 – 1,014th place

David Burd – 239 – 1,241st place

John Moore – 238 – 1,262nd place

Rowan Wix – 237 – 1,281st place

Caiden Hayes – 144 – 1,503rd place

GIRLS

Allison Delahunt – 268 – 457th place

Gracie Stroh – 267 – 497th place

Kathleen Wright – 239 – 1,238th place

Autumn Carter – 237 – 1,274th place

Lexi Ebbinger – 224 – 1,396th place

Anna Grant – 196 – 1,506th place

Leslie Lewis – 187 – 1,524th place

Natalie Cummins of Pulaski Southwestern had the top score overall and in the girls’ division with a 297. Mason County’s Bryce Pollitt had the top score in the male division with a 295.

Bullitt Central won the state title with a score of 3,406 points – 18 points more than second place Richmond Model.
