
Christian County brought home a seventh-place finish Saturday in the season-opening Henderson County Track and Field Classic.
The Colonels scored 67 points to finish 17 points behind sixth-place Webster County. Union County took first place with 121 points.

The 400-meter relay team of Blanton, Brown, Dove, and Hawkins took first place in 44.87 seconds.
The 1600-meter relay team of Brown, Dove, Greenwade, and Hawkins won with a time of 3:49.51.
The 3200-meter relay team of Fleming, Munoz, Webb, and Cline finished in fifth place in 10:00.40
