Libby Alexander is headed to Stephenville, Texas — home to Tarleton State University and one of several Texas towns that claims the title “Cowboy Capital of the World.” Alexander will head there in the fall to be a cowgirl in college and compete for one of the largest rodeo schools in the nation.
