Another Western Kentucky stop Thursday for the Bluegrass Golf Tour, as golfers took to the course at Edwin J. Paxton Park. Several area golfers had solid days on the course in the warm conditions.
In the Girls 15-18 event, UHA’s Conlee Lindsee finished her round with a score of 86. That score placed her third for the day. Elise Coakley, of Metropolis, took medalist honors with a round of 81. Addie Sullivan, of Hickory, finished second two shots back.
In the Boys 15-18 division, Peyton Toon, of Paducah, continued his good start to the summer, claiming medalist honors with a round of 76. Gavin Sheets, of Madisonville, and Hayden Engler, of Eddyville, tied for second place at 77.
Hopkinsville’s Andrew Riggs tied for 6th place with a score of 82. Caldwell County High School’s Austin Crick ended up tied for 9th place with an 84.
