The search for a new Athletic Director is now getting underway at Lyon County High School. That comes after it was announced Tuesday afternoon that Zach Thomas, who had served in the position for the past four years was leaving to take over as Principal at the Caldwell Regional Career Center.
Thomas was hired to fill the position in June of 2019 after former AD Jeff Doom stepped down. Prior to his time as Athletic Director, Thomas had served as tennis coach and assistant boys’ basketball coach.
