KHSAA Hall of Fame football coach Dan Goble was honored with a reception Sunday afternoon at 2nd Baptist Church in Hopkinsville. During the reception, Goble spoke about the Hall of Fame honor, giving credit, sometimes emotionally, to those who were a part of his coaching staff.

Playing at Hoptown when I broke my neck, and Coach Goble was the only coach that came to check on me in the hospital. A great man!
