
Christian County golfers hit the links on Monday for the Henderson County Invitatonal at Henderson Country Club.
Jacob Jenkins had the low round of the day for the Colonels, shooting a 9-over-par 81 as Christian finished with a team score of 385.
Drew Fincham was next for the Colonels with a 95.
Other scores for Christian County saw Talan Ezell shoot 101, Ricky Brewer 108 and Tay Martinez 110.
Ohio County’s 317 captured the team championship. Madisonville-North Hopkins was just one shot back and finished runner-up.
Marshall County’s D.J. Morris carded the low round of the day with a 2-under 70 — the only under-par round of the day.
McCracken County golfer Landon Hunt, who played at Christian County last season, was individual runner-up with a 73.
