
Joey Falco and Isaiah Wood both fired a 78 on Wednesday to lead the Hopkinsville boys golf team to a 6th-place finish at the Hopkins County Central Storm Invitational at Madisonville Country Club.
Falco shot a 39 on both the front and back, and Wood opened with a 38 and followed with a 40 to pace the Tigers.
Andrew Riggs carded an 85, just ahead of Ryan Martin’s 86, and Thomas Grise rounded out the scoring for the Tigers with an 89.
Madisonville-North Hopkins took the top spot with a score of 311 behind a 70 from Austin Crick. The Tigers finished with a 327.
