Noah Rager had the low score for the Todd County Central Rebels golf team at Monday’s Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club Boys’ Invitational.
Rager shot a 10-over-par 81 to finish in a tie for 24th place.
He started his day strong with pars on his first four holes. After a bogey on No. 5, he responded with a birdie on the next hole and was at even par and a share of the lead after seven holes.
A triple-bogey seven on No. 8 sidetracked him a bit, but Rager responded with a birdie on No. 13.
Ty Traughber debuted with a score of 122 in his first 18-hole match of the season.
Landon Hunt of McCracken County and Aidan Hahn of St. Mary each shot a 2-under 69. Hunt won the title on the second playoff hole.
