Reduced to three golfers after an injury on Friday at the Christian County Invitational, the UHA Blazers didn’t figure in the team scoring despite a strong round from Hayden Hunt.
Hunt carded a 75 to lead the Blazers, seven strokes off Greenwood’s Jacob Lang in 1st place. Lang won a three-way playoff with a birdie on the first hole to edge out Ohio County’s Seth Moore and Henderson’s Josh Thompson.
Courtland Gibson was next for UHA with an 84, and Cal Givens was a shot back at 85.
Greenwood took the team title with a score of 287, followed by McCracken County and Marshall County.
