Seven boys’ golf teams assembled on Saturday at the Pennyrile State Park for the All-A region championship, with the Caldwell County Tigers finishing 4th behind a 79 for Collin Whittington.
Whittington finished 6th, two strokes behind Lyon County’s Brady Shoulders in 5th and six shots back of Crittenden County’s Jeremiah Foster in 1st place.
The Tigers finished with a score of 350, seven shots back of Lyon County and Livingston Central in a tie for 3rd. Crittenden County repeated as team champs with a 336.
Ryan Hammett was next for Caldwell with an 88, followed closely by Cole Wyatt with an 89.
Scott Cortner carded a 94, and Carter Whittington rounded out the Tiger scoring with a 95.
